*Insurance does not cover a portion of the initial/assessment fee. Client is responsible for $50 of the assessment session fee and the $39 online Gottman Connect Online Assessment cost.

Growing Hope Counseling accepts a variety of insurance plans. Clients are responsible for verifying their coverage and obtaining any required pre-certifications. Please confirm your benefits, session limits, and co-pay amounts with your insurance provider before your first visit.
All fees are due at the time of service.
