Behind the Front Lines
Support for Families of Veterans & First Responders
If you're the spouse, partner, or parent of a first responder or military veteran, you know the impact of service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off. The stress, trauma, and sacrifices echo through families long after deployment or shift changes.
This 8-week support group is designed for those who’ve stood beside the ones who serve. Together, we’ll explore how their service has shaped your life, your mental health, and your relationships.
We’ll cover topics like:
-
Vicarious trauma & compassion fatigue
-
Navigating identity & emotional burnout
-
Suicide awareness and prevention
-
Boundaries and self-care that actually work
Whether your loved one served decades ago or just returned home, you deserve a space to be heard, understood, and supported. You carry a weight of your own—and you don’t have to carry it alone.
