EMDR Intensive Packages

EMDR Intensives will be available starting in September 2025.

The single-session EMDR Intensive Package includes a 90-minute preparation session, a 3-hour EMDR intensive session, and a 50-minute post-session integration appointment.

Each session will be scheduled on different days.

Tiered EMDR Intensive Package Options

Single Intensive Package: $900

Ideal for first-timers or one focused target or issue​

  • 90-minute prep session

  • 3-hour EMDR intensive

  • 50-minute integration session

 

Double Intensive Package: $1,700

Ideal for trauma clusters and complex experiences

  • One 90-minute prep session

  • Two 3-hour EMDR intensives

  • Two 50-minute integration sessions (one after each intensive)

  • Saves $100 compared to two single packages

 

Three-Session Deep Work Package: $2,400​

Ideal for attachment trauma, chronic shame, or identity work

 

  • One 90-minute prep session

  • Three 3-hour EMDR intensives 

  • Three 50-minute integration sessions (one after each intensive)

  • Saves $300 compared to three single packages

  • Optional: spread over 6–10 weeks

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your intensive date, with the remaining balance due no later than 48-hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 3 to 6 days of your scheduled intensive, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours of the intensive are non-refundable and full payment is required.

 

As I reserve a significant portion of my schedule for your session, I regret that I cannot offer refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

 

If an emergency arises, one reschedule may be allowed at the therapist’s discretion.
