This is more than a career change. It’s a rupture. If you're a transgender service member navigating involuntary discharge under the recent policy, you're facing more than just the loss of a job. You're confronting a deeply personal, systemic, and spiritual upheaval—one that cuts across identity, belonging, and purpose.
This 8-week support group is designed as a space where you don’t have to explain the weight of that loss. Here, your story is valid. Your grief is honored. Your strength is not in question.
Together, we will:
Normalize the complex emotions of grief, rage, fear, and uncertainty
Reconnect with identity and self-worth beyond the uniform
Explore what transition (from service to civilian life) can mean on your own terms.
Share resources and practical tools for what comes next
Build community, solidarity, and affirmation in the face of exclusion
Whether you're feeling disoriented, angry, heartbroken, or numb, you're not alone. You deserve space to process, to be seen, and to begin again with people who get it.
