Our Approach

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Helps the brain reprocess distressing or traumatic memories using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, so memories that once felt raw and present can settle into the past.

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

Focuses on the emotional bonds beneath conflict, often used with couples, helping people recognize the needs and fears driving their reactions and build more secure connection.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy

A research-based approach to couples therapy, giving partners concrete tools for managing conflict, deepening friendship, and building shared meaning.

IFS-informed approaches (Internal Family Systems/Parts Work)

Works with the different "parts" we all carry inside, protective, wounded, fearful, helping clients understand and befriend these parts rather than fight them.
